Very doubtful, you'll have to read the Terms & Conditions. You'll almost certainly lose the deposit element.

almost certainly not; you're expected to do your research before booking, not after. There might be something in the T&C that lets you do so but as rocky says, you can expect to lose your deposit. Your only hope is if they guarantee to match anyone else's prices.
