Hello Ed. Why do I have to sign in every time I come to AB? 'Remember me on this computer' is ticked but it doesn't make any difference. Just wondering what's happened.

Do you actually "log out" of AB at the end of your session? This would explain it. When you log out of your computer stay logged in to AB (or any other site where this might be a problem) and you should automatically be logged in next time you access your PC.

Can be affected by your 'browser' settings. Look through options and make sure you have a 'tick' in the save passwords sections.

also make sure your browser isn't set to delete cookies when you exit.

Hi Coldicote, just repeating what headwreck and slack alice have said, a good place to start is checking if your browser clears the history or cache whenever you close it down.

Problem solved!! Thank you all very much for pointing me in the right direction. I went to tools > internet options and found a box ticked to delete browsing history on exit. I unticked it and all is now well.
