Making cake ahead

I'm making this for my daughters birthday party on saturday, will it be ok to make the sponges tomorrow and leave the decorating til saturday?

Yes make sure the sponge is completly cool then place in an airtight container in a cool place til the next day to decorate.

I've just printed the recipe looks really good!
