Yes I know it is near Wales, but I may be investing in a property there. Does anybody know what it is like?

She's from there and would like to move back.

Because it's such a nice area lots of other people want to move there too pushing up house prices so now only wealthy types can afford to buy a house.

I do not want to move there. It is a property investment. My stockbroker says, as Angel Pie says, it is going places and expect a 200 percent rise within ten years.

Whether I let the property, or use it as a holiday home for myself and family I do not know.
