My toshiba dvd recorder remote control it started to go dodgy but i changed the ir setting on my dvd now my remote wont do anything on the dvd its keeps coming up dr 2 can any1 help me plz

Go to Toshiba website and see if there is a firmware file or updated firmware file. You can usually do the update using the remote control, having first of all copied the file to a CD.
