What does the body use to stop red face when drinking alcohol?

Hey there, I am a constant drinker and we round up the gang on Friday nights for a couple of drinks at the pub. Now I have a lot of friends that are fund of drinking beer and they show symptoms of getting drunk. Their faces or cheeks go red but mine stays the same. They often give me more drinks thinking I am tolerant to alcohol. What is it in me that stop red face when drinking alcohol?

I've known a few people that are heavy drinkers and have ended up with permenantly red faces from broken blood vessles. Quite easy to spot usually on the nose and cheeks.
