Can't watch Youtube videos using IE8

I just downloaded IE8. Everything works fine apart from watching Youtube vidoes. I can't watch any of them and message was either my Java Script or Adobe Flash Player is old.

I checked my Java by by playing yahoo games on IE8. No problem at all ... all games can be played. I installed new Adobe Flash Payer (version 10) as suggested and it said installed successfully.

Then after all this, I tried youtube again but I still can't watch any youtube videos.

Please help me. I prefer to use IE to Firefox (Please note that I can watch youtube if I use Firefox).

IE8 is the beta version under the experimental. It gets lots of errors.
You should switch back to IE version 7.

Have you check the flash player on your computer?
