You did used to get some decent debates here in CB, mixed with some good humour. Something has changed.

The unit price proposal is a complete waste of time anyway IMO. The continent has had way cheaper booze prices than us for decades yet their alcohol related problems have never been a greater issue than ours. It's a cultural thing and I don't believe price is a contributory factor at all.
