Barbecue Basics

Having recently bought a gas barbecue (yeah I know it's cheating a bit) I want to find some basic barbecue info, like which foods to wrap in foil etc, and stuff like that. Any website or book suggestions appreciated thanks

If you google *barbecue tips* you'll find enough info to keep you so busy that you won't have time to light your bbq.
