Professional Christmas Decorating

Ok so it's perfectly normal for businesses to hire Christmas trees and decorations etc.

I have just seen some pictures on FB and a friend of mine has had a small army go into her house and decorate it for Christmas.......

OMFG, words really do fail me.......

Yes, amongst other things. The "hilarity" started when Margo had to enlist the help of Tom and Barbara with a "tradesman" who'd delivered a Christmas tree which was six and half inches too short. He spoke with a mockney working clars accent which underpinned the deep comedy of the scene, don't you know...

When I win the lottery,they can come in after the cleaners and before the caterers.

And what is wrong with that?! I will not be putting up any decorations myself, indeed I shall be the Director of Operations whilst my small army do it (Mr BM and the kids). We ALWAYS have artistic differences though over the tree.

And if he could possibly manage NOT to cut through the outside lights cable this year, it would be a good start.

You just can't get the staff these days.........

I love the Good Life, hopefully that episode will be on TV somewhere....

My friends house looks lovely if you want to live with a rather sterile corporate look.....

I agree part of the fun is doing it yourself with history associated with the baubles.

Mine are up already,husband going away before Christmas so we're having ours a bit early. Roast Goose on Sunday with prunes and armanag(think thats how you spell it)

Hmmm I wouldn't mine having someone come with ladders and leccys and do the outside (and come and remove it) but the inside is mine all mine
