No, the Spanish economy is in dire straits.....that's socialism for you! The UK is not in the same league when it comes to debt levels and unemployment and a host of other measurements.
It does make you wonder if they are about to announce a major failure and the call in of the IMF/Eurofunds....... as to war, they couldn't even afford a missile, never mind a warship in full battle condition.
