Name Of Plastic Wrapping

Some time ago I saw a prog where nigella lawson made some honeycomb (for presents) then broke it up and wrapped a large handful of it in that clear stiffish plastic (with ribbon) for gifts. What's the name if the plastic? And where night I be able to but it online? All help much appreciated. Many thanks in advance!!

Cellophane. Amazon have it in bags and rolls both clear and coloured, not expensive either.
