Cscs Card

I recently passed the test for my cscs card. Upon arrival at the test center I had my photograph taken and was told on completion this along with my results/ certificate would be automatically cent to CITB and my card would arrive soon after. A month later I'm still waiting and unsure that this is the actual method of obtaining it as several people have told me that they had to send an application form along with a second payment for the card itself. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated

I've written them an email, along with several others regarding the same thing, I just hate that every single one has a 3 - 5 working days grace period.

also I just spoke to a friend who took it a couple of weeks before me, he's only just received it but said it was all automated, what on earth are they playing at?!
