hi my partner his due his week in hand money and all his hoilday pay back has the firm he worked for went bankrupt does anyone know who you contact someone told me everlutions but i cant find out thanks for any help

If the employer has gone bankrupt your partner should be able to claim from the receiver or from the Insolvency Service's Redundancy Payment Office.
