Pierce away to your hearts content. There's no time limit for abusing your body.
Your entire life, if you have got any sense.
No time limit, just keep it clean with salt water and don't remove it for about a month - 6 weeks (or until not tender).

right, here's the thing homer and 3's a crowd... i don't know whether you noticed, but a lot of people have piercings, how many people would you insult for having their ears pierced? it's personal choice, and if i choose to do it, your narrow minded-ness isn't going to change my mind, so change the record people, open your eyes, and realise, it's actually not that bad!
Agree with you barnetboy - not pierced myself but see nothing wrong with people who want to. Don't know how someone can talk about 'abusing your body' when all around people are drinking, smoking eating too much fat etc. (all of which I do or have done) which is actually damaging your body. Live & let live as long as you're not hurting anyone else.
Just have to add my penn'orth. Hear, Hear, barnetboy and RCP. I've been through many piercings in my time, I think the most was ten, nine of which were above the neck, and the other was my nipple. Now am down to only two,(lipring and nipple), but that decision was out of my hands (don't ask). I think that the eyebrow is one of the nicest ones to get, and at some point I'll be getting mine done again. (I used to have two spikes on the left eyebrow.) If this'll be your first, don't worry about the pain, as it's virtually non-existent, and I hope it brings you many years of pleasure, as mine have me. They're great things to fiddle with :o)
