have just upgraded to broadband and now find our Dect 'phones have developed a 'crackle'! Is there any particular reason why please? If I switch off the broadband router, the 'phones work as normal. So, is this insurmountable or something to live with? Any help appreciated.

Do you have a Broadband adaptor fitted to the phone line?
are you using Microfilters? These are supposed to prevent interference.

Sorry, should have said I do have microfilters on the incoming phone line and on the Sky phone connection. The incoming line is connected straight to the Dect system and is on the same microfilter as the Voyager Adsl router. Which I assume is ok or, do you think this may be the cause of my problem? Many thanks
