Delete photos from iPod

Anyone know how to delete photos from an iPod?

....not being an expert I can only offer this for your consideration................Go into itunes/ edit tab / preferences then select i pod. then photos. whatever file name comes up as were to upload photos from is what your ipod will copy from. i created a new file within my pictures called � ipod photos� whatever you want to call it, and then selected it as my �synchronize photo from� file and ipod automaticly was undated with no pictures on it. great. now just add the few photos you want on your ipod and copy then to this new folder �ipod photos� and once again ipod nano with update with new photos.......commoner

Thanks for the answer, that is how you do it. Am I the only one that is annoyed with Apple for giving you the smallest instruction manual for such a complicated piece of technology.
