Mcafee Antivirus Malfunction

Hi, I bought and downloaded 1 year McAfee internet security suite a few months ago. It was working fine but now when i click the icon it just brings up a white screen, can't scan. Seems to be working in the background, though. Anyone got a solution how troubleshoot this?

I'd suggest removing and then reinstalling it.

Youi may want to try an Internet virus scan and scans from things like Malwarbytes & Superantispyware too in case an infection is causing the issue. But ny suspicion is that a reinstall would probably sort it. Hope so anyway.
