Wow, he's gorgeous! Don't they grow up quickly. George paid a visit to the 'love farm' this week. Fingers crossed his Austrian girlfriend is pregnant now.

Hi thugs, long time no hear! Fingers crossed for George and his girlfriend. Sad news about Jackie Critoph - did she give him a ticket?

No she didn't. George had been losing weight earlier this year and eventually I got tired of hearing my vet tell me I didn't want a fat dog and stamped my feet. The result was a visit to Edinburgh vet hospital. They scanned him and took bloods and found he had a misaligned stomach. They operated and he's now fine but still a bit thin. He went from 92kg to 79kg. He's back up to about 86kg on 3 meals a day with plenty of protein and carbs. As a result he hasn't been shown since Leeds and I'm not sure we'll show him again until he's a veteran. Desperate for a George pup, we've got someone who's been waiting 3 years! Breeding mastiffs is never easy. Hope you're ok. I will be at a few shows this coming year if I can bum a lift from friends. Oh and I'm the hon sec of MA for my sins
