My memory is quite vague but remember my father used to watch it every week, it had a guy with bald head and glasses abd I think a neon fish behind him. That's all I can think of up to now. Just trying to find out what the show was!

It sounds like The James Whale radio show (even though it was on telly). It was on late on a Friday night and had regulars like Linda Nolan (usually well oiled and displaying her ample frontage) on it. He's a horrible man in my opinion, makes Jeremy Kyle look like John Snow.
