An Indian side-dish sounds like foogard. Any ideas?

What does it consist of?
I can't see any foogard here - keep scrolling down, you might spot it!
It's generally made with cabbage. Fry onions, chilli and cabbage that's all the ingredients.
Two tbs oil
Cut onion in half then slice thinly,
Fry onion till translucent.
Slice green chilli to tast (1-3) finly then dice very small,
Add chilli to onion and continue to fry don't burn.
Cut in half then shred cabbage in to strips add to frypan with onion and chilli then by adding water to help it steam and reduce it down until soft but not mushy..
That's it done....
