At one stage, an application called HotBar was being blamed for interfering with the post. Removal of this cured it for some. Others said they never had it. Possibly another program (spyware?) is to blame on their machines. Either way, it seems to be the result of a software clash. Someone else also suggested that copying and pasting from another application might be the cause, but I have done that without problems.
As for searches, There is a category search facility underneath the list of topics on the left. I wouldn't recommend it though. It doesn't accept numbers, more than one word will get it confused, the results are not returned in date order and results it comes up with often bear little relation to the search you requested.
The best way to search this site is to go to Google, select advanced search. Under the option to 'Only return results from the site or domain' put in this site's url (http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk) and search for the terms required.
Sorry, we can't find any related questions. Try using the search bar at the top of the page to search for some keywords, or choose a topic and submit your own question.
