If you literally mean Kindle, then you can't.
If you mean Kindle Fire HD then you might find it in the Amazon Appstore

^^ Though I doubt it. Officially, Adobe no longer support Flash for Android.

^^ You'll notice that the above video talks about sideloading, which simply means downloading to your computer and then onto the device.
