Is it me or is the Skeleton wrongly set today?
I cannot fit clues 8 and 9 Down into my grid and apart from two clues I have completed.
Help with the two would be appreciated.

25d Detailed article and one pa capitalised (4) A??E I had Apia but the "a"doesnt fit with other clues.

9 down starts in the square immediately above the last letter of 11 across. I believe the last letter of 11 across is "A". The full answer of 11 across is OPERA I think.
