Have a photograph of my Father taken many years ago. Trying to get a date for it. In the newspaper he is holding is a copy of "The Irish News". A Belfast morning paper. On the back page is the racing section with the headline "GREAT UNCLE FRED TO END LOSING SEQUENCE TODAY". The Windsor race card is beside it.
Also there is a dog article "ALWAYS DAINTY IS YOUR BANKER".
Any help would be appreciated.

Isn't there a date on the paper?

Failing that, the Irish News archives are quite good.

A search of the Irish Times archive comes up with links to paid for content including greyhound cards for Shelbourne Park in September 1969

Date on paper is too small to read. Have tried numerous things to increase the size with no result.
