Port Forwarding

Hi, I need help with myVirgin superhub router.
I have a Swann DVR-4 2500 CCTV system, I can watch it from any computer on my network but not away from the house.
I would also like to view it on my iphone 4 which I can until I get out of my wi-fi area. I have read that I need to activate port forwarding on the virgin super hub router but have nt got a clue how to do it. I can get into port settings and that is as far as I can go, clueless from there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
