philips hdd player help!!!!

i have just bought the philips hdd 070/17 and i am really stuck as to how to download music onto it. i have installed the software into my pc but i cant seem to get the tunes into my player. daughter has a different mp3 and that was dead easy to operate. any tips on the philips one would be most grateful.

It could be one of those that uses the Windows Media Player to transfer the songs. That means you need to also make sure that your Media Player is working well and is the newest. I would also recommend looking at your USB ports to see that they are the proper 1.0 vs 2.0 because the 2.0 is the newer design.
