I used to look forward to Christmas period television. This year had to be the worst ever! I stuck to boxsets and dvd's of programes that I like. I did watch the Russel Crowe version of "Robin Hood" last night which was pretty good, a new take on the original tale, Ridley Scott director. 7/10. I am struggling to think what else I enjoyed to be honest!!
The golden moments,
The Gruffalo's child, repeat but so worth it.
UP, fantastic heartwarming animation,
the Royal Ballets production of Alice's adventures in Wonderful
that was quite wonderful
tribute to Clive Dunn
Downton Abbey
last episode of Merlin
I have to agree, it was rubbish. At one time I looked through all the progs on offer (courtesy of the on screen epg digi box) and apart from bid, QVC etc., there was nothing I had not seen.
