My New Samsung Galaxy Phone

Before i ask my really silly question may i say i am a 78 year old woman and i love my new phone. I can text, take lovely photos, have been on the internet, downloaded apps (love the harcode) and games but (red face) when the phone actually rings i dont know how to answer it. I poke at the green phone that appears but nothing happeneds help please x

I answer my galaxy by dragging (swiping) the green phone across the screen. Hope this helps.

put your finger on the green phone and drag it to the right

I got one of these phones last year and my husband was laughing himself silly the first time it rang and I couldn't answer it. And I'm young enough to be your daughter, so it isn't a silly question!

Nearly jabbed my finger through the screen until my son sighed at my ignorance and showed me.

He then admitted that he initially had the same problem when he got his Galaxy.

I had the same problem with mine, had to go on youtube and see it done. In case you ever need it tomking, if you set the alarm, you have to do the same swipe to turn it off, or snooze, it was an interesting morning for me the first time I tried to turn the damn thing off, let me tell you haha!
