I have a new Samsung Tocco Lite 2 (GT-S5220) mobile phone on Orange network but cant access voicemail .

The problem arises when you are told to press a number on the keypad which is not visible during the procedure. The display tells you to press hold button to access keypad , where is hold button?
Underneath this message is a 'greyed out' hold button and I don't know how to bring it 'forward' in order to press it.

It causes problems when you phone someone and they ask you to press various options.
There is nowhere to press.

i lost my phone just before christmas. still haven't found it so borrowing OH's old phones - a tocco lite. had the same problem. Tried to top up and it asked me to press certain buttons that did not exist! It took me half an hour of pressing everything before finally getting there. when in call, press the left button, then the middle button.

sorry Tilly I can't help but I am looking at user manuals online for you to see if I can help, until someone who knows better can help.

I rang Orange and a lovely lady there told me what to do. I didn't realise you could ring the phone network for problems concerning the use of the phone. Now I know you can.
Anyway, thanks again katburd. I'll give you best answer!

Sorry, alwaysconfused. Didn't see you there. Yes, that's exactly what the nice lady told me to do! Well done you for working it out yourself. I give up too easily with some things.
Tilly, don't bother giving me best answer, give it to AlwaysConfused, that was the correct answer.x
