Can anyone recommend a Pilates dvd? There seems to be hundreds!

Hi nykkie - The leading specialist seems to be Lynne Robinson ( I had her book and video with Special K coupons!). She writes in conjunction with Gordon Thomson, who's runs the Body Control Pilates Studio in South Kensington, and Helge Fisher, an expert in the Alexander Technique, so the qualifications are top notch.
