Music on my mobile

Sorry if this is a lame question but I received a Nokia 6230 mobile for Christmas and I want to download some of my MP3 files on to it. I've downloaded the PC Suite from the CD that came with the phone but can't see where i go from there! Please make your answers simple as I'm a simple 51 year old Mum! You need a DKU-2 connection lead to connect the phone to the computer for starters.

If you have that then go onto 'my computer' and click on 'nokia phone sharer' and then you can just copy and paste stuff onto the phone or memory card.

Alternatly you just open up nokia data suite and go onto music converter and it basically tells you what to do.
