Technicss Sa-Ax 730 Av Amplifier & Radio Speaker Problem

When I am in my kitchen complete with my Apron and Marigolds there is something missing and that is the sound of the TV ,CD or Radio, the reason being ,the speakers are not working .

On the amplifier it says " Quartz Locked Mono " normally both sets of speakers (A & B) can be used at the same time.
Any ideas Please

The manual gives several reasons this might be happening.
a) Speaker Indicators are off. Answer: Turn on speaker indicators.
b) The tape monitor function is on. Answer: Press the tape monitor button.
c) The muting function is on. Answer: Press the muting button on the remote.
d) Incorrect input source has been selected. Answer: Select correct input source.

Thank you for your posts ,the answer was :
If the A speaker button is held in to long then that changes the inpedence,to correct hold in A speaker again and the B speaker will work correctly.
