getting dig vid off my camera???

I have a digital camera that takes stills and short video clips. Problem is, I can download the stills very easily but it just won't download the video clips - I am using the software that came with the camera and the instructions don't explain.

do i need to change the file name or where i am saving to or what? it pretty much does most of it for you.

it is a BENQ camera if that helps

..Sorry can't help with the specific question but I never connect my camera to the PC..I have a small USB card reader into which I plug the camera card and just drag and drop or copy and paste the files directly from the card to wherever I want to keep them.............a lot less hassle I think......you can open them directly from the card either.....commoner. ;-)
