Flabby Belly :-(
4 Answers
i've been doing slimming world and am really happy with my weight loss -very nearly target weight and feeling ok. but i still have a huge flabby belly that i can't get rid of. i know that exercise is really the only way, and i plan to try to factor in some sit ups into my daily routine - how many at a time should i start at? how often per day will have any effect? someone suggested a slendertone machine - anyone used one and had good results?
also - are there any foods to encourage targetted weight loss from my problem area? i really can't afford to lose anymore weight from my bum or thighs, but i've got to keep trying to lose the weight to get my belly going down (always the last place i lose!). any tips or advice would be fab please!
TIA xxx

Be patient, if you want a sustainable weight and body shape it takes time, there are no quick fixes.
Best of luck
