I haven't yet attempted, but want to add pictures to the things I'm selling on ebay. Have digital camera, not very good with stuff like this, is it easy enough to do? does it give you help what to do? Just want to know before I do it.

for common items like cds, books and videos etc you can often just find the same item being sold by someone else and use their picture by copy and paste or right click and save picture as.
only if your item is in perfect condition though - if it is marked, damaged or unusual you should use your own picture
As Joko has indicated, it's all fairly straightforward.
The only thing to add is that, if you use pictures from your digital camera you'll almost certainly need to reduce the file size before uploading them to eBay. (Depending on the settings you use, your camera will probably produce images with a file size somewhere between 300kB and 3000kB. The most you'll need for eBay purposes is about 30kB). The software that came with the camera will almost certainly have the facility to do this for you.
