16Th Birthday Ideas Please
7 Answers
Hi. My daughter turns 16 in April, and she wants to do something 'different'. So that means not having a party or sleepover. We've done the limo/pamper thing before and she's not very sporty (or active!), so things like sky diving or similar sports out of the question.
Can anyone come up with some ideas - we're not sure yet if it will involve inviting friends or just something with me and her, it just depends what ideas come this way - thanks

You can get parties at centres for birds of prey for flying experiences.
Maybe a party bus (or something else other than a limo) as a little different.
A day out in a city with some vouchers or money she can go spend and have a girly shopping day with friends (parents could do and do their own thing and maybe meet up for lunch etc...).

Ummmm beat me to it, I was going to ask that, but that aside, cheap day return to London, take her shopping in the capital then a meal/theatre/cinema treat? If you live in London, try Birmingham.
Or Virgin do 'model for a day' you can get a make up and hair done and photographs from £25

Thanks and sorry for late response - busy one today!
I suppose between me and her Dad we could stretch to £300/400. She's not into animals and we did a superbreak to London and did the shopping/west end show just a few months ago... Sorry if I sound like I'm blowing all ideas out! She's such a fussy thing. I do like the idea of the photo shoot though, which I'm sure she will, I've had a look at it though and I can't seem to work out where it is you go?
