I notices on here a while back someone had recommended a pair of non slip gripper things to put on your shoes whilst walking on slippy surfaces. I have tried to find the original question but can't. Can anyone help please?
I see so many advertised would just like a pair that someone has actually tried and recommended.

I searched in the red box on "shoe grippers", 6 answers came back, I hope this helps http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Weather/Question1196721-2.html#answer-7542356

do not buy the cheapie versions, they won't do the trick. The salesman in the sports store said he had the pro type Yaktrax, but that they have a strap across the toe, which he said was unnecessary, so bought the ordinary ones. cost around 20 quid, you might find the same online a bit cheaper.

Thanks everybody, will have a look at them all before ordering. Obviously I am not much good at searching Boxtops. I looked for anti slip things for shoes and nothing came up only adverts. Couldn't think of the word grippers.
I have just had a House of Bath catalogue through the post and these are in it - may be useful to you spotit.
