Hi guys, sorry for the late reply, been busy.
Firstly to parkdale: No, wasn't on the programme, maybe my video will make the next one!
alba, I was always told that a flashing rear light is ok, provided you have a permanent one too, which is what I do(have both, also a flashing white one at the front, along with a flashing red one on the back of my helmet).
Mick, I would have done but couldn't get my foot out of the cleated pedal in time!
