Do you think that's you done for the winter? I'm only asking as mine usually lasts until the end of February or beginning of March.

I do hope the fog has lifted for you.
When it comes to cleaning the house, I've got SAD across all four seasons ;-)

Really, joeluke?

You have a medical degree that qualifies you to say that?

You have no idea how debilitating SAD is for many people.
One thing about the show is the wonderful brightness that it brings. As tired as it makes me trying to get around in it and talking about it, there is something that lifts me too when I look at the light white scene outside.
See you're in one of your 'sunny' moods Joeluke, maybe you've got SAD?
Take no notice of Joe, he's a regular Yabbie.
You would think I would learn not to bite, maidup!
Fed up cos it's cold, windy, wet, snowy, icy etc?

In the grand scheme of things a lot of people have a hell of a lot more SERIOUS issues to worry about/deal with
JL hasn't got SAD Sherr. SAD is seasonal. JL doesn't have a happy season.
Appreciate that (maybe some of the people moaning about the snow have got other problems too), but this is CB, not misery guts bank.
It is a serious issue, you idiot.

It's not a case of being "Fed up cos it's cold, windy, wet, snowy, icy etc? ". It is caused by a lack of serotonin in the brain which leads to depression, and in some cases has driven people to suicide.

But he is an expert on everything which is what makes him as he is. It's a hard burden for him to carry. Be nice to him.
snowy days are quite bright, with whatever light there is reflecting on white snow - could that have helped?

I wondered that, jno, if the light helps
Good for you, adrian.
Now I need you to come and do mine, but I can't offer you any snow. Would the sea and the beach do instead?
