Printer Issues
1 Answers
Morning all. I have an Epson stylus SX130 connected to a Dell PC.
There was an issue with printing causing the printer to become undetectable by the computer. I deleted everything to do with the printer from the PC through add/remove programmes and it was confirmed as being deleted in the printers/faxes section of control panel.
I then reinstalled the printer using the installation CD provided BUT now it won't print direct from what's on screen. (small rewind, using Firefox day to day). Instead it prompts to save the document in My Pictures and Internet Explorer starts up (joy) displaying all photos/albums and I find and print from there.
In a nutshell, what's gone wrong? The printer worked fine for months and was reinstalled per instructions/prompts.
Finally, it works fine when she who must be obeyed's printing off charming homespun wit from her many cardmaking CD ROMs.
I'll be very grateful for any help/information you may be able to give.
