Can you help with this problem?

I have the following equipment:

1. sky T.V.
2. A dvd recorder
3. A combined video recorder and dvd PLAYER only

Is there a way to set all three of these up so that I can use them all together?

To be precise I wish to be able to record on video, I also wish to record on DVD and I want to be able to play video tapes as well as being able to play dvd discs.
