I voted in the last referendum for the Common Market not a Federated States of Europe. We have never been asked if we want all the changes that have happened since so on the basis that things will continue to move towards federation if we remain in I would vote to leave.

As it's a further 5 years at the earliest, when the question will be asked aand, it's highly probable thing may have changed dramatically by then? The whole thing may have disintegrated and returned to being a collection of Nation States in a common market!

D.C said this morning: in the manifesto it would be : Do you want the Conservative party to negotiate a reform of the EU ? This was in the middle of a lot of waffle so he could have meant something different .

Many people would say yes to that but after they got re-elected and failed to get any real reform , what then ?
My guess in time we might get a wishy washy question in a referendum .
but by then DC would have achieved another term in government, for better or worse.

One thing in his favour he has at least promised a referendum which is more than Labour.
