I want to use some clips from a DVD for a project i'm doing at school (long story). The only problem is I can't work out how to get the DVD saved onto my computer so that i can use the footage. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do it?
Thanks in advance

upload it to media library using ms media player...
There is software available which can capture whatever is showing on your screen........ rather like a "screen shot", but with video.
I know there's a free one, but I can't remember its name. I have a think, but someone will probably know of another way.
Murray...... it it's a commercial DVD, wouldn't it need to be de-crypted first?
I have Nero that does any decrypting if needs..

Ooops I'm out of date Murray. I didn't know that Nero de-crypts as well.

Rosie...... de-crypting removes all copy protection and other stuff that spoils all the fun ;o)
my bro just put this on for me..he is the expert...
