For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Be very careful with this, this could be a money laudering operation of some kind which will drop you right in it unless you make sure that you have done your best to advise the bank that the money was not intended for you and that you know nothing about it. Suggest that you write to the bank ASAP and inform them names, account No etc.. and that X amount was transfered to you on X date and that to the best of your knowledge this is not your property and you do not accept to receive it and that they should immediately remove it from your account (leaving any interest obviously !)
After that it does not really matter how long it stays in your account, but make sure that you dont spend it.
Otherwise, well, I live in a country which specialises in offshore ask no questions banking, maybe I could talk to someone about a untracable transfer to a numbered account in your name.
