Yep and me, haven't really been on at all today. I read a lot anyway but have spent a lot of time thinking about somethings and decided that everything must change, time for a new start and doing something different.

I think AB is a good filler when there is nothing else to do. It is also great if I need a question answering.

I have decided to learn to ski and get out with the camera more often..............not quite as good as messing about on here ...but it will do.

The thing is, there's always something else that I could be doing. I've just got into the habit, in less than a year , of automatically coming on here after checking my personal and works emails.
I find myself sometimes scouring the site for something to answer. That is not a good use of my spare time is it?
Last night, I had a question to ask. That's a bit different but I do get cross with myself for spending time searching for something to occupy myself with.

Some days (like today, because I'm snowed in) I spend a fair bit of time on here. If I'm busy working etc. I might go a couple of days without visiting.
