i hate to sound like a grouch but how can you not know who is advertising? i have said before there must be a design on your having to ask these questions.

It's because you can say your reward numbers are missing, they then ask you a question about the ads in the magazine, and if you give the correct answer they credit you with the 'missing' numbers.
So if thelis' numbers are missing he should still have the magazine.

I assume it's simply because thelis doesn't have the Mail reward numbers and in order to claim them needs to answer this question
