I'm sorry that this isn't much of an answer. (I've read through the user manual and got nowhere). But, if you're stuck, I suggest phoning HKC Support on 0800 111 4599. (If you're in Ireland, try 01 456 7007). Or try an email to [email protected]
Enter the Engineers code and then authorise it with the User code.
pull the white tag out from the battery on the two Sensors.
at the alarm panel, press "# next" until devices menu appears on the display,
press "Rec Yes" to select Devices menu,
the Sensors and the key FOB are RF devices, so press "Rec/Yes" again to select,
Press "Rec Yes" again for Add & Identify RF Devices.
The system will then scan for devices and display how many it has found.
when it has found all the new devices press "Play Quit",
it will then say are you sure, press "Play Quit" again.
keep pressing "# Next" until you have reached your last identified zone. eg if you currently have 7 zones, go to number 8 for the new one.
on the sensors you'l see a red tamper button, press this and the External bell will ring to let you know the panel is communicating with the sensor.
the system will then automatically continue onto the next zone eg 9. Repeat the red button process for each new sensor.
