I am having problems with my laptop running Windows 7 since renewing Norton 360 and installing Norton Utilities. I have uninstalled Norton Utilities and reinstalled Norton 360 but problem still persists. Everything Ok when rebooted for a few minutes but then no response from anything. Help.

You may need to boot into safe mode if it doesn't give you enough time to restore.

Try restoring the system from an earlier date, before the installation. (Type restore in that Start box.)
You may need to boot into safe mode if it doesn't give you enough time to restore.
Startup in safe mode and then uninstall norton followed by a restart to see if problem 'goes away'

To access Safe Mode, power on the laptopand keep pressing the F8 key repeatedly until you see a menu where you can select Safe Mode.
I had a similar problem a few days ago and went into Control Panel from Start menu, then typed System Restore into the search box in the right hand corner. Do a system restore, from a date when your laptop was working correctly. That helped me, good luck with yours.
