If I had a name like this I would have to change it by deed poll:-
1. Miss Sexsmith.....2. Mr Bates.....3.Miss Scratchard.....4.Miss Nookey.....5.Mr Payne (Dentist). These are genuine names.
Has anybody else come across names like these?

Zebo, that reminds me of what I presume is an urban myth. Churchill was supposedly visiting a hospital and was being introduced to some patients. One was introduced as Fanny Aitken to which he replied 'I asked for her name madam, not her ailment' ;-)
